Scorpion's Sting starts where most hot sauces wouldn't dare. The Trinidad Scorpion pepper — one of the world's most notorious — anchors this sauce with its intense, fruity heat. But instead of letting the pepper do all the talking, we built something far more interesting around it.

Red fresnos deepen the pepper flavor with a bright, clean heat. Banana peppers bring a natural sweetness that softens the edges just enough. Grapefruit adds a bold citrus bite that cuts right through. And ginger ties it all together with a bitter, warming heat that's unlike anything else in the Howie's lineup.

The result is a sauce with layers — complex, surprising, and completely its own.
